As an update to this situation... I longed into the VPN from home and
accessed the server fine with her credentials. The difference I see
is that I am using Windows XP Professional with SP2 RC1 at home. This
user is in the UK, and has a strange USB-based broadband (I think the
person who came up with that idea should be brought up on trial, but
    that is just me).

So, it would appear that the issue is on the user's computer. The
problem I have is this is also happening with another user, who is
also in the UK. I could have the system wiped and a fresh install put
on, but this is a pain to manage from accross the Atlantic. We will
probably call into Microsoft support and bite the bullet. I have
never called before, I have always been able to find the answer
without their help. Hopefully it works out alright.

    Thanks,
