Have you bothered to visit their support web site? If you allow it to
install their ActiveX scanner control to check for what versions of
their software you have, it might tell you that you have an old version
of LiveUpdate and then offer you a link to get a newer version. You
don't tell use WHAT version of NAV you are running, and the older
version need a new version of LiveUpdate to have it continue to work.
If you do not want to install their AX control, you can download the
newest version of LiveUpdate from their support site.
