Possible Adware

Hi guys, after reinstalling Windows 2000 Pro on my system
and setting up my firewall, I am getting a file that is
trying to access the internet.

It looks a bit suspicious to me so I have blocked it for
the moment.

the file is c:\winnt\system32\wugrds.exe

anyone know what it is?
