They could be bounces caused by a spammer forging your email address in his
spam run. I got over 200 such returns beginning June 1, 2003, to a yahoo.com
account. A couple of the bounces even had the original message, so I was
able to send complaints about the forgery; for whatever good that might have
done.

You do mean that the bounces are coming from the hotel, I presume. They
probably have a broken MTA. They should at least check that the envelope
sender address bears some resemblance to the message source IP address, and
drop those messages which look like forgeries, instead of bouncing them.
