    Thank you very much for your helpful explanation. We did
    click on the LMhost.sam, but it did not have an "Open
    With" similar to when we right click on the "Hosts.'

    When we right click on "Hosts" there is nothing showing in
    Notepad. Should the file - 127.0.0.1 be located there?
    You state to rename the "Hosts" file. Would that cause any
    harm? If NO, what should we rename it to? (We now use
    NAV2004; WinXP; AOL9 and IE6)
