Annoying pop-ups

I use Yahoo Companion to block popups, but it is not
working. I keep getting pop-ups and even if I close the
window of the pop-up, when I do Ctrl, Alt, Del there are 4
or 5 Internet Explorer windows open. I prompt for
cookies, have reloaded IE6 and Yahoo Companion. I have Ad-
aware that I run constantly. I have run CW shredder,
McAfee Anti Virus.

I don't know what else to do.

I must have had a hacker (or something) because my IE page
was changing to Locos search, Side Search and several
others.

Any ideas?
