Repeating Updates - update to Tom's info

My problem is not that they are already installed, so
removing them won't help. any other ideas appretiated. I
am running zone alarm pro but all other updates have
dloaded properly. Weird msg about windows logo testing
still received when I attempt to dload. thanks for any
ideas.
