Hotmail/MSN users have been complaining about missing and long-delayed
messages for nearly 3 weeks now but MSN's not posted anything confirming
that there's a problem (of course).

OPmight consider posting to
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.msn.discussion (if he's brave).
