Having a windows based pc is not a sure way to get a virus
I've had windows based pc's for years, and so far,
encountered ONE virus, and it was a harmless word macro,
easily gotten rid of, having a MAC is not a shield, they
still get virus, it more a matter of safe browsing habits
and keeping your pc upto date, and going the extra mile to
keep yourself learned on the various ways AH can write
naughty script, to infect your pc.
it used to be so neat, to on the IN and see all those
flashy sites using macromedia flash, VBSCRIPT, and ect
now they are all useless, as VBscript is disabled
flash is fast becoming that way...So sad..
