*If they had only updated once per week, then they may have chosen Wednesday
or Thursday to do their update, which in some cases would not have caught
the culprit. I think you are not wrong (the need an AV software as I
mention in my spill) in their need for AV software, but I think the first
thing they should do is to turn on some sort of firewall to prevent
reinfection/infection by these types of issues in the first place - as they
clean up the mess they made. heh
