Actually, the creators of such e-mails don't bother to exploit
vulnerabilities - they count on the users' ignorance more than anything
else. So-caled phishing is on the rise - banks start to feel that as a
serious problem, as losses increase. One problem is, it's very hard to catch
criminals organising that - not impossible though and I'm looking forward to
see some of these guys behind bars.
The best is to report to Citibank as a fraud attempt. They will shut down
the mailicious site.
