However, note that as a lot of the admins who run mail servers and firewalls
are starting to block exe and other potentially dangerous file types (for
good reason), you should ask senders to zip the files before sending them to
you. That isn't 100% surefire as many servers can detect the presence of
unauthorized file types within zip files, but it should help.
Note - best to post Outlook questions to microsoft.public.outlook (this
group is not for OE - they have their own groups).
