Check the virus lists from Trend Micro and PandaSoft. If they claim to know
the virus in question and say that it isn't there then I'd go with the
majority and say that was simply a false positive from EZAV. Such things do
happen and as more and more viruses appear false positives will probably
just become more prevalent. You only mentioned where the virus was supposed
to have been but not the actual filename. If the file in question is not an
executable then it is almost certainly a false positive.
