Developers couldnt communicate after joining the domain

when i made Developers pc's joine a domain,and they login as a members in the domain they couldnt communicate with Visual studio and couldn't open any projects & SQL serevr ethier ,i wanna solve this problems through the domain , or through local account policy , where i make them members in (VS,OLAP,Powerusers groups) , so in which groups i should put them or wich policy i could appaly .
any ideas!
