internet explorer homepage hijack

internet explorer will not change its address bar. I have
tried to delete the cookies, history and temp files. I
have changed the homepage back to google and yet each
time I hit enter it tries to go to (http://www.best-
search.info/1526/). How is this happening and how do I
stop it
