Error Message (sysdll.reg) - Also posted in Win ME

Hi,

Once starting my computer and windows ME having loaded, i
get the following error message:

'Cannot import sysdll.reg: Error opening file. There may
be a disk or file system error'.

I've run my anti virus, Adaware and Spybot to no avail
(all with latest definitions installed).

Does anyone have any suggestions?
