The most likely interpretation of this ill-targetted grumble is that you're
using Outlook Express and haven't thought of looking at the Options (tools
menu). Go to the Security tab and see if your can spot the word
"attachment".
A google for the words "Outlook Express" and "attachment" would also have
brought some clues, especially if you include the text of any error message
you might have seen.
