Hi everyone,
This might be a simple problem for most but I am a newbie here and am lost.
We have a secure access site which lets a user see certain pdf files after
he logins in with a userid and password. The problem arises when he emails
the file name(link) to the other and they can open it by clicking the path
or the link. Is there a way we can hide it or mask the name or not allow him
to do it through Acrobat or otherwise? I have tried the acrobat forum and
they did not seem to have an answer. I was told this was more of a server
security issue.
I understand that i could restrict the number of users by assigning NT
passwords. But considering that there would be more than 1000 users it gets
very messy.
Any suggestion would he helpful.
Thanks in advance.
Prit
