OE is not letting me read attachments

Hi,

The subject just about says it all....I bought a new
desktop that was loaded with windows xp....Since then all
of the e-mail comes in ok but when I try to read
attatchments...they don't appear. One that I sent to
myself actually read "OE removed access to an unsafe
attatchment"

Is there a setting for security levels or spomething that
I'm missing...is it Xp doing this or is it OE6?

Help!
