A friend of mine recently did a system restore. Up until
she did this restore, she and all the other members of
her household could access her documents with no
problem. Now, a message is popping up that says Windows
Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.
How can we fix it to where she can have access to her
documents and such without this message coming up? Any
advice is urgently needed and very much appreciated.
