i use my own domain name and simplay add the company to form an email
address. Example, if I was using ebay, my address would be
ebay@mydomain.com, thus, if i ever get any spam to ebay@mydomain.com, I know
who's given it out! Minor problem in that I forget what email address I have
regsitered... espcially when you consider all the online shopping sites that
require a login (which i object to, why cant i just by stuff? It's not like
I have to 'register' if i go shopping in town... Grrr)
