Well I'm surprised at Passport if they are doing that.
Is it a Hotmail Account you used ?
That is how I trap Domains that sell Email Addresses to Spammers !!!!
I create Email Addresses and keep them active for a year of more then
use them to send to Domains I suspect are doing just that !
I caught Ebay, Gamespy and others that sell your address that way.
Once I put Ebay on notice I have received no more Spam on that account
at all since.
I used MSN and UU.net to put Gamespy and a Brazil Domain in their place
or UU.net would bolck access to and from their sites.
Hotmail has been very anti-spam in the past but things can change I guess.
