An administrator of an e-mail system NEVER needs your password. THEY
are the administrator. THEY are the e-mail system's God and have all
the required permissions to change anything they want regarding your
account. They may not be able to decipher what is your current password
but that definitely won't stop them from resetting it to a new value.
Do you really believe Microsoft knows anything about your mom or cares
about your mom? She's your mom, not Bill's. Reality check, please.
