Not directly. You might want to configure Group policy to enforce Web
Content Zone security settings, such as high for the internet zone and then
add "approved" known safe sites to the trusted zone where I would recommend
setting security level to medium and then configring security to not let
users access/change those settings. Some also configure hosts file [many
available alreasy configured on the internet] that can act to block a lot of
sites known to cause problems which you could copy to your computers with a
startup script. --- Steve
