Jeff,

I appreciate the, I think, mostly tongue in cheek response. I know xp has a firewall, but my company provides this one for my personal use. Just seemed like a good idea to use it.

I did my surfing at the symantec site today, and apparently, I am the only one to have ever had this problem. Leastwise I could find nothing there that seemed relevant.

I have it turned off now so I can send this.

Thanks for your response and suggestions. Think I will look into XP's FW just a bit more.
