Error while installing MS04-004 & MS04-007 Patches

While installing on some of the servers I encountered the
following error.
Copy Error
An error occured copying msasn1.dll
Ensure that the location specified below is correct, or
change it and insert "Windows NT 4.0 System Files" in the
drive you specify.
Copy files from:
c:\winnt\system32
I checked that there was some relevance to this msasn1.dll
on the patch info of MS04-007. But, it looks like more of
a security issue rather than not being able to find the
dll file.
We did do some Security Settings on the root folder and I
am not sure whether this would cause any issues. But,
again it is happening only in some of the servers and not
all, where I have set up the Security settings in all.
But, still unsure, has anyone come across such issues or
problems.
