I think its an IE pop-up. The title says 'Error' and the
content is just 'difftime' with an 'OK' button
underneath. I'm on a cable connection, so connected
continuously on the Internet, and it's popped up even
without IE running. We should have a firewall running, as
I'm connected through a LAN
