I need to create a fault tolerant CA solution. I have been searching around but have not found anything appropriate. I was wondering if there are any white papers or case studies that I could follow. This solution is for 3 web servers that are not members of a domain. Therefore I will have to make them either stand-alone CA servers or Subordinate CA servers. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would truly appreciate it.
