Sandi, what you gave is a work around. What I am attempting to do is
find out why Rae is unable to perform CRL checking at all. I am still
researching this. Your solution is an unsecure workaround in disabling
CRL checking rather than determining why CRL checking is not working.

Sorry, I am not trying to argue with you. I am trying to provide an MS
customer with sound, secure advice. Just removing the pop-ups from
appearing is not a secure solution.
