Depends. I've used it in the past and its worked for me, but others say
differently. It has various limits compared to other "full feature" products
but these are well known and documented. It is a matter of taste whether
this is enough for you, just like whether or not you take milk in your
coffee.

Yes but
a) They may clash with each other.
b) You've doubled the amount of work you have to do, if you actually want to
set up your firewall(s) to allow something through.
c) Unless you are talking about two dissimilar types of firewall (e.g. the
XP firewall AND a hardware ADSL/Cable Router that does nat & firewall stuff
as well) then it's probably a waste of time as two software firewalls on one
system are going to suffer the same weaknesses as each other and not extend
your sphere of protection much.
