That pop-up is not a Microsoft Pop-up as they do not use them. I was able to
"catch" that pop-up one time when Zone Alarm caught it also trying to look
at one of my PC's ports, it was to a web site in Seoul. I did a update on
both my Ad-Ware and Spybot and they caught the cookie that was connected
with the pop-up. There is a second pop-up from the same place that usually
will only wok when you are in the Microsoft support pages and its a small
Java pop-up that says "we are conducting a survey on how well the Microsoft
site answers your questions, please enter your email and a survey will be
sent to you within 20 mins" I am not sure what it does as I did enter my
email just to see what would happen and no survey ever came, nor did any
extra SPAM emails.
