Thanks for your reply...however, I've already had
everything you suggested for years. I have symantec as my
firewall and antivirus. The antivirus is updated every
week at the very least...or when I hear of a potential new
virus/worm/etc. I guess I'm trying to find out if
this "window" that keeps popping up is legitimately from
Microsoft or not and whether it's safe to click on it or
not to find out what's going on. Also, you never
mentioned whether you had any idea what the Xupiter option
item on my tool bar menu might be. Would you be able to
provide any information on that?
