In Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) click on
Tools|Folder Options|File Types
Scroll to ZIP extension, clock on advanced and put a
check in the "Confirm Open After Download" option. If
it wasn't a ZIP file you were downloading at the time
then click on the extension name of the file type you
were downloading.
