stop home page changes

How to stop home page changes:

Use SPYBOT........
Inside spybot press the Immunize button.
At the bottom of scroll area find:
Lock IE start page setting against user changes.
File > Close

Check Tools > Internet Options and find home page buttons
are available. Tried this on 10 pages that ask to change
home page and each was defeated.
