It would be hard for your employer to detect you viewing porn in the first place. If you were really suave about computers you would know that "washers" can be used to protect your personal information that you don't want viewed by anyone (a good habit to have if you want to protect yourself against id fraud anyway). Why did you not question your employers motives for telling or looking into this to begin with?
Two quotes to keep in mind;
"You can never tempt an honest man."
"The truth shall set you free."
Both quotes would work in either your employer's case and in yours.
