DSO Exploit found by Spybot-Search and Destroy

Something called DSO Exploit was found by Spybot-Search and
Destroy. I followed the link given to find information
about it, http://security.greymagic.com/adv/gm001-ie/, but
it made no sense to me. Anyone know what this is and if it
would be safe to get rid of it with Spybot-Search and Destroy?
