after accessing hotmail...

Since the new layout was introduced, my hotmail page
shows no envelope icons. Also the Sign Out icon does not
appear clearly, as before. Half the page is just blank
white and has empty squares i.e 2 small icon squares on
the same line but spaced out, before the sender's e-mail.

I am fed up of it and prefered the previous settings.
Is someone reading/ accessed my e-mails already? please
advise me.
