     Something I did not see on yours. I have answered several thousand questions
     from users and this kind of question comes up all the time. There are very
     few places that really describe what a firewall is since some are mainly
     software where others can be more hardware based.
     So... this is a public help forum, users range from people that have never
     turned on a PC to ones that have worked on them before the Internet was the
     Internet and was ARPANET or DARPANET, so I guess I do not see what the
     problem is with her posting unless you for sure know the person, but it does
     not sound that way with the "Ricky" comment.
