norton doesn't provide you with a link to describe the virus and how to get
rid of it?? they must have gone down hill recently. if you go to their web
site you should be able to find the virus by name and they should describe
the manual method of getting rid of it... usually something like booting to
safe mode and deleting there, or maybe deleting a registry entry then
rebooting and deleting the file when its not running. if you can't easily
find that info on their web site i would look for a better anti-virus
program.
