well, it depends...
if you subscribed to receive them from somewhere then go back there and
unsubscribe. if they are the fake ones with attached virus then make sure
your virus scanner is up to date and get a mail filter to delete them
automatically. if they are some other kind of spam then you can try to
unsubscribe, but you may be better to just filter them out.
