Virus Troubles

A message keeps appearing telling me I have a virus. I
have VirusScan and a Firewall, but I can't seem to get
rid of it.
Its saying: C:\WINDOWS\System32\svcpack.exe\SVCPACK.EXE
BackDoor-BAM.
Has anyone had this problem and successfully removed it?
