Dead easy:
Call your local Microsoft subsidiary, and ask for help with an issue related
to a security patch.
This is intended to be free, and should be available even to users of OEM
versions of Windows, although the support staff may involve the OEM at their
discretion.
If you were in the US, you'd call 1-866-pcsafety.
You've got a problem with a patch and a clear repro--Microsoft needs to get
a support incident open on this and have your information.
