When you ping that FQDN, does the same IP address get returned on your PC as
on others?

Note - posting your valid e-mail address in a newsgroup post, or in your
news account settings, is a surefire way to get spam and SWEN and other

in the future, but note that now that your address is out there, there's not
much you can do other than changing your address. Plus, when you post to a
newsgroup, the correct way for people to reply is to the group, so that
everyone can follow the thread. :-)
