Hi azy.

It should be in C.\Windows\Downloaded program Files as it is for me but I
have Win98 but it shouldn't be any different from XP. If you have Automatic
Update from Microsoft and others like your permanent AV it will probably
show you more ActiveX components than just the one from Panda. To find out
which one you want to delete....right click the ActiveX > click properties >
and see if you can read something about Copyright and Company.
