Hi,

Can't give you any more advice than I would not do it for such a thing. Why
are they interested in evaluate the registry just because that the Active
Scan is not working? Doesn't that sound very strange? Must be another
solution, maybe un-install Panda AV completely and install it again 'cause
some files might be corrupted? It's just as you say...you are leaving out
everything.

Do you know that I had VBS_Redlof.A virus in two files from Panda!? Yes, I
had but another program from Trend Micro helped me. If you are interested it
is here;
http://www.trendmicro.com/download/dcs.asp and the latest patternfile
http://www.trendmicro.com/download/pattern.asp
It can be worth trying first.

Regards / Gunilla.
