I'm uncertain what happens if it gives you names, but one standard
suggestion is Ad-aware:
Download the free version, install it. First time you run it, update the
definitions via the link on that first page.
Then scan your machine, right-click the list of stuff it finds and check off
everything, then tell it to fix it.
