One of the links, KB823182 is now back on the critical updates page.
However, it is still broken. This at the same time as Microsoft have
announced new initiatives to get updates installed. Microsoft should
really get these pages fixed.
I used the 'Contact Us' link to send the broken link to Microsoft.
