I've just installed on my W2K network the patch described
in Microsoft Security Bulletin MS03-023
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/technet/security/bulletin/MS03-023.asp
now my users can't print or browse for a printer and the
administrator can only print if he had a printer previously
configured. What is this restricted behavior a syptom of?
How can I open my RPC back up to talk to print servers?

thx
