hi Scott,
we have some software called Browse Control that will offer you a
couple solutions. You can pull IE onto an Application Block List and
prevent it from being ran, or simply turn Net Access OFF for the
specified computer. You can also if you want to, white list sites as
the only ones that are accessible.
