Although I am glad to hear you do all that (that is more than most, I am
sure) - I do the same for several thousand systems as well as just my own,
yet I can say that I seldom get any viruses or trojans on any of them.

You said you use NAV. I switched to Norton about 5 years ago when it found
things McAfee did not consistently for several weeks. I have no idea how
you are getting all of these trojans and worms when you present yourself as
being a persistent hunter of these evils - and with the proper tools as far
as I can see. Perhaps it is another habit that is getting you infected?

I use P2P applications and such, I get hundreds of emails (spam and
otherwise - that I sort with SpamBayes) each day, I share file space with
hundreds of other users each day, yet I have not experienced what you say
you have. I am honestly trying to find the difference between what you do
to get these trojans and what I do.
